Pay: $27.50 - $35.00/hour (based on experience)

We're looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Crew Lead to lead field operations, guide installation crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, developing teams, and solving problems in the field.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily field operations and direct installation crews
• Plan workflow, assign tasks, and maintain production goals
• Ensure projects meet company standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Maintain safe rooftop work practices, including PPE and fall protection
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Division Managers
• Complete daily field reports and communicate jobsite updates
• Manage tools, equipment, materials, vehicles, and overall jobsite organization

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in construction, landscaping, or green roof installation
• Previous crew leadership or field supervision experience
• Ability to manage daily production and motivate team members
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality standards
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• NYC SST 40-hour card (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather
• Experience with digital reporting tools (LMN, Google Workspace)

Preferred:

• Green Roof Professional (GRP) certification
• NYC Scaffold User certification
• FDNY G-60 Torch Operator certification
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
  
• Trade experience in carpentry, masonry, irrigation, pavers, plumbing, or low-voltage lighting
