Lead Green Roof Projects That Transform NYC Skylines.

We're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field operations on green roof and rooftop landscape installation projects across New York City. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, developing teams, and solving problems in the field.

Please note: This is not a traditional ground-level construction role -- you'll be working on rooftops, installing green roof systems, plantings, pavers, and related landscape elements. Landscaping experience is preferred but not required, must have an interest in green infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily field operations on green roof and rooftop landscape installations
• Direct and supervise installation crews
• Plan workflow, assign tasks, and maintain production goals
• Ensure projects meet company standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Maintain safe rooftop work practices, including PPE and fall protection
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Division Managers
• Complete daily field reports and communicate jobsite updates

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience as foreman, crew leadership, or field supervision.
• Ability to manage daily production and motivate team members
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality standards
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• NYC SST 40-hour card (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather
• Experience with digital reporting tools (LMN, Google Workspace)
